Globacom Nigeria just announced the coming back of the GLO NG free browsing/data day. You can recall that last month 11th of August was supposed to be the Glo NG free data day in Nigeria, but unfortunately, the Glo NG free data day was stopped by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) few hours before the day for the Glo Free data day.
But there is Goodnews for you. Which is, the 'Glo Free Data Day, it is going to hold on September 28, 2017. Earlier, NCC tried to stop the Free data day promo but it seems the issue concerning the proposed NCC embargo has been resolved.

You can enjoy up to 200MB worth of data to browse your favorite websites, chat and stream videos, but customers need to meet set of voice and/or data usage threshold within 7 days to the free data day.
Eligibility for the free data day offer is very easy if you are
actively using the Glo network.
HOW TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTAKE IN THE GLO NG FREE DATA DAY PROMO
To be eligible, you just have to fulfill the following threshold on or before 7 days before the promo set day.
- Use N150 or more on voice calls PLUS 100MB OR
- Use N250 or more on voice calls.If you meet the above requirements, you will receive an SMS announcing your eligibility for the free data day.
